Musicrange (Scottish Charity No. SC046277), 567 Holburn Street, Aberdeen, Scotland, operates https://musicrange.org.uk. Musicrange is the Data Controller for personal data processed via our website and related services.

- Contact details (name, email, phone) when you contact us or sign up for updates
- Donation details (name, address, amount; payment details handled by our payment processors)
- Usage data (IP address, device, pages visited) via cookies/analytics
- Preferences/consents (e.g., newsletter opt-in)
We do not intentionally collect special category data (e.g., health) via our website. Please do not include sensitive information in web forms.

6. Google Analytics and Google Ads and reCAPTCHA

We also use Google reCAPTCHA on our contact forms to protect against spam and abuse. This service runs in the background and may analyse interactions with the site to determine if the user is human.

7. Sharing your data
We do not sell or trade your data. We use trusted processors for payments (PayPal), email (e.g., Mailchimp or Brevo), and analytics/advertising (Google). We have processor agreements in place. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

- Enquiry forms: 12 months after last contact
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe or we stop the service
- Donation/financial records: 7 years (legal obligation)
After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data; restrict or object to processing; and request data portability. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. We respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if unhappy.
