Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Musicrange online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us
The shop is operated by Musicrange (SC046277), a registered charity in Scotland.
Registered address: 567 Holburn Street, Aberdeen, AB10 7LH.
All proceeds from sales support our charitable activities with children and young people in music.

2. Products

  • All items are handmade or upcycled by our volunteers unless stated otherwise.

  • As such, each item may be unique and may differ slightly from photographs shown.

  • We take care to describe and photograph items accurately, but small variations are part of their character.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through our PayPal charity account.

  • Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

  • You will receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within [X working days].

  • Delivery is made by Royal Mail or courier, and charges are shown at checkout.

  • Collection from our Aberdeen base may be available – please contact us to arrange.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Under UK consumer law, you have a right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving your item (the “cooling-off period”).

  • To return an item, please contact us at [insert shop email] with your order details.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please let us know within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will offer a replacement (where possible) or a full refund, including return postage.

7. Handmade & Upcycled Items Disclaimer

  • Many of our items are made from recycled or vintage materials. They are intended for decorative or light domestic use.

  • Items are not certified for heavy industrial or commercial use.

  • Electrical items (if offered) will be tested for safety and sold in compliance with UK regulations.

8. Liability

  • Musicrange is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of products purchased through the shop.

  • Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK law.
